For all of you that know Kammie, she doesn't want to know where she is in the contest for the next few weeks because she would like to eat and exercise 100% and not worry about the stats at the beginning. Also, since there are so many people in my neighborhood that are in the contest, please don't discuss with others who are in the contest, just discuss your own results because not everyone wants the world to know that they are trying to lose weight. (We all know that's not the case for me! I like to discuss my accomplishments and areas for improvement for motivation!)
Good losses this week....let's see them again next week!
