Contest starts Monday, November 8 and ends Monday, February 7th. This is 90 days. Please invite friends! A large pot is VERY motivating!
Weigh In - you must take a picture of yourself on your scale on November 8- so we can see what you are wearing because this is what you need to wear on the final weigh in - and then a close up picture of your feet on your scale with your exact weight. These pictures and your exact weight need to be emailed to me - gwen@JGEI.com between Tues and Friday.
Entry Fee - The entry fee is $110 - $100 goes toward the pot - $10 goes to me for running the contest. It is a lot of work to manage the beginning and end weigh in along with the weekly postings! Previously I have done post dated checks for 90 days and then end up chasing people for money so I will only accept cash or cashier’s checks if you aren’t local
Rules -
1) Any method of weight loss is acceptable EXCLUDING surgery
2) You must post your weight weekly to me on Mondays before 10 pm to gwen@JGEI.com and then the weekly results will be posted on the blog by Tuesday 10 pm. (www.weightlosslosers.blogspot.com) I won’t be posting weights, I will be posting percentages lost
3) If you miss 3 postings throughout the contest, you will be eliminated because we don't want to create a situation where someone doesn't post for a few weeks, we assume they have given up, and then they throw a huge loss up on the next posting.
4) You CAN NOT miss the last 2 postings – January 24th & January 31st or you will be eliminated. It is not fair to those who are in the running not to know where their competition stands.
5) Final weigh in/pictures sent is Monday February 7th and the photos must be received no later than 10 am and results will be posted by 11am
6) There are no refunds for any reason
WINNER is based on total percent lost. The person with the highest percent lost wins 75% of pot and 2nd place gets 25% of the pot.
PLEASE EMAIL ME ASAP THAT YOU WILL BE JOINING. YOUR ENTRY FEE MUST BE IN MY HAND BY 10PM MONDAY NOVEMBER 8th TO JOIN.
